4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
4.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates .
4.2 Consumer Protection Framework
Our operations comply with:
- Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection – which aims to ensure the quality of goods and services, maintain consumer health and safety, and balance the interests of vendors and consumers
- Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 – the Executive Regulations clarifying supplier obligations including warranties, returns, and after-sales service
- All applicable DET (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism) regulations for commercial activity code 7729.93 (Electrical and Electronic Appliances Rental)
4.3 Consumer Rights
Under UAE law, consumers have the right to:
- Obtain correct information about goods and services received
- Fair and swift settlement of complaints and disputes
- Fair compensation for damages caused by goods or services
- Privacy and security of personal data
4.4 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from rental agreements or these Terms shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction. We commit to fair and transparent complaint handling as required by the Ministry of Economy’s consumer protection framework .
5. Delivery & Collection Policy
5.1 Delivery
- Appliances will be delivered to the client’s specified address within Dubai and the wider UAE
- Delivery timelines are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by external factors
- Delivery fees are separate from rental prices and will be clearly communicated
5.2 Inspection Upon Delivery
- Clients must inspect appliances upon arrival for any visible issues
- Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Failure to report within this timeframe may result in liability for pre-existing damage
5.3 Collection
- Appliances will be collected as per the original rental agreement dates
- Changes to collection dates require minimum 48 hours’ notice
- Late collection may incur additional charges
5.4 Return Condition
- Rental appliances must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted
- Any damage, loss, or misuse will be charged accordingly
6. Rental Policy
6.1 Rental Agreements
- All rentals are subject to a signed Rental Agreement
- The rental period begins upon delivery or collection and ends upon return or pickup
- Rental extensions require written confirmation and may incur additional charges
6.2 Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per invoice or rental agreement terms
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment
6.3 VAT
- Rental income is subject to the UAE standard 5% VAT rate as confirmed by the Federal Tax Authority
- All rental invoices are VAT-compliant
6.4 Use of Appliances
- Appliances must be used safely, legally, and only by authorised personnel
- Unauthorised modifications or misuse is prohibited and will result in penalties
- Basic care during the rental period is the client’s responsibility
6.5 Liability for Damage
The client is fully liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the rental period. Full repair or replacement costs may apply.

8. Return & Refund Policy (Consumer Protection Compliance)
8.1 Defective Appliances
Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, if an appliance is delivered with a manufacturing fault or is not as described:
- Within 7 days of delivery: Full refund or replacement available
- After 7 days: Warranty applies – appliance will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model
8.2 Issues During Rental
- If any issue arises during the rental period, we offer replacement delivery when possible
- Alternatively, a refund for the faulty unit’s rental fees will be provided
8.3 Non-Defective Returns
Returns for other reasons (change of mind, incorrect selection) may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

9. Warranty Conditions
9.1 Warranty Coverage
- All rental appliances are covered by a warranty for the duration of the rental period
- Under this warranty, appliances will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model
9.2 What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical or electrical failure not caused by misuse
- Faults occurring during normal use
9.3 What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality
- Loss or theft (client is fully liable)
- Damage from power surges or improper installation by client
9.4 Warranty Service
- For minor issues, we will arrange repair or replacement
- For major defects, replacement unit will be delivered
- The warranty does not cover appliances that have been tampered with or serviced by unauthorised personnel
9.5 Supplier Obligations
Under UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023, suppliers (including rental providers) are required to:
- Repair or replace defective goods
- Provide adequate after-sales service
- Ensure access to spare parts for repairs and maintenance
- Comply with UAE conformity and safety standards administered by the Emirates Authority for Standardisation
10. Insurance
- Clients are responsible for insuring appliances during the rental period
- We recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage
- We are not liable for accidents, misuse, or force majeure delays
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for any loss of profits or revenues
- Our total liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the appliance in question

- Personal information is not used for promotional or marketing purposes without explicit consent
